Health and Fitness.
Before booking our tours please understand that a reasonable level of fitness is required to participate in our tours. Please note before booking that participants must not have any pre-existing health conditions that could impact their ability to participate in the tour. Please inform staff if you have any current/ previous heart conditions. Before booking our tour please understand that a proficient ability to swim is required. Please note that if the guide believes it is unsafe for whatever reason for you to participate in an activity, then you will be unable to participate in that activity.
What to bring.
Participants are informed to wear suitable footwear for hiking as well as carry a water bottle to stay hydrated and vigilant while hiking. Please bring appropriate swimwear as required.
Due to relying on tide times and conditions for driving on the beach, Tarzan Tours may have to take one trip either to or from Double Island on the road. In addition, tour times are subject to change due to varying tides and conditions.
Cancellations by participants within 72 hours will not be refunded. Cancellations by participants with 72 hours notice or longer will be offered a full refund. In the case oF unpleasant weather circumstances, or unexpected events, Tarzan Tours may cancel the tour. In this case the participants will be refunded fully.
Tarzan Tours has the participant’s safety as their number one priority. Therefore, it is the participant’s responsibility to follow the instructions of their guide at all times. In addition, extra safety information has been provided in the form of safety sheets available for reading while driving in the car. It is the participant’s responsibility to read this and be familiar with safety guidelines on each tour. Tarzan Tours has a zero tolerance for behaviour that puts themselves or others at risk. We ask all participants to be respectful towards others, the rules and the protected places we visit.
Tarzan Tours, Co-owners and staff shall not be responsible for injury or death to any persons, or loss or damage to any property due to a person’s negligence.
