    Cancellation Policy

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONFIRMATION
    Please ensure the accuracy of all your booking details and check your email booking confirmation to make sure all your booking details are correct for your transfer date, time and pick-up address so that SUV Select can provide the service you require.

    PAYMENT
    Please note drivers do not carry cash.

    CANCELLATION AND BOOKING CHANGES POLICY
    SUV Select will refund 100% of booking cancellations made prior to 24 hours before the booked pick-up date and time. Cancellations requests made within 24 hours of the booked pick up time are not refundable and 100% of the booking fee will not be refundable.
    Changes can be made 24 hours prior to the booked pick-up time pending vehicle availability. If the requested change date and time is not available due to SUV Select been fully booked we will refund 100% of the booking fee.
    Booking change requests made within 24 hours of the original booked date and time can requested at no charge if a vehicle is available to the change date and time of pick up. If a vehicle is not available 100% of the booking fee will not be refundable.

    TRAVEL INSURANCE
    SUV Select advises clients to have up-to-date travel insurance.

    ACCREDITATION, HEALTH & SAFETY
    SUV Select are an accredited Booked Transfer Service in QLD, adhering to the QLD Department of Transport and Main Roads regulations. All SUV Select drivers are fully licensed Booked Hire service drivers.
