Cancellation Policy
Total payment at the time of booking is required to secure your booking. If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of your arrival time 100% of the total accommodation rate will still be payable. If a booking is cancelled within 72 hours of your arrival time 20% of the total accommodation rate may still be payable. If a booking is cancelled within 2 weeks of your arrival time a full refund may be available determined on a case by case basis. There will be no refund for early departures.
