River or beach? It’s one of the can’t-lose decisions you’ll have to make when staying At the Sound. This boutique holiday complex is in Noosa Sound, right between the beach, restaurants and shops that line Hastings Street, and the river and dining along Gympie Tce, Noosaville.
It’s also just a short stroll to Noosa River, waterfront parks where you can drop in a fishing line, and some of Noosa’s favourite restaurants at Noosa Sound’s Quamby Place centre.
Noosa Sound is a neighbourhood in Noosa Heads that’s surrounded by the Noosa River and the peaceful canals that wind between Weyba Creek and Hastings Street. At the Sound is just a few minutes to secluded beaches on the canal-front where you can launch a stand-up paddle board or kayak and explore Noosa’s hidden waterways.
At the Sound is less than 2km to Hastings Street and Noosa’s Main Beach where you can spend the day swimming, boutique shopping, dining or strolling through the Noosa National Park.
The bright and breezy 4-star studio suites are self-contained - some with a large corner spa in the bathroom. The complex has wifi, a large swimming pool, outdoor heated spa, off-street undercover parking and a barbecue area.

At The Sound is located on Noosa Sound, 1.5 hrs North of Brisbane Airport & 25 mins from the Sunshine Coast airport.
Noosa Parade is between Hastings Street at Noosa Heads and Noosaville.
Door to Door drop off on our doorstep is provided by most airport bus services.
Cancellation Policy
All guests must provide credit card details as security for any incidental charges.
Cancellation policy: Free cancellation if cancellation is received more than 7 days from check in in low season and 21 days in high season. Otherwise full tariff is charged.
At The Sound welcomes children and extra guests.
Maximum occupancy per studio apartment is 3 Adults or 2 adults & 2 Children. All room rates are based on 2 adults (1 x queen bed). Each additional guest is charged at an extra $30 per night.
